Chris and Jeanette Sheeran form the group Huckleberry Jam. They play a variety of stringed instruments, including mandolin, autoharp, guitar, octave mandolin, banjo, and mountain dulcimer. Their repertoire includes Celtic tunes and Appalachian music, with a sprinkle of Bluegrass and Gospel.
Chris and Jeanette play in retirement homes and other venues, and play regularly with the "Nine Pint Coggies," a Scottish Fiddling group in the Spokane/ Coeur d'Alene area. They have performed and taught workshops at the Spokane Fall Folk Festival and the Inland Northwest Bluegrass Association's Spring String Thing event, as well as the Tumbleweed Folk Festival in Richland, WA. They teach lessons and workshops on their instruments, as well as weekly "Senior Strummers" classes, and they love to share the music that they enjoy so much.
